Josep Mingot · Prosper AI (YC S2023)

One licence per recruiter. The whole stack included.

Search firms don't think in credits, so we don't charge in them. You pay a flat annual licence for each recruiter who runs outreach, sized to your team. Everyone else in the firm joins free.

Sourcing

Replace LinkedIn Recruiter, keep your current ATS and CRM.

Custom

Annual licence per recruiter · billed annually · minimum 3 seats

  • Unlimited free collaborator seats for researchers, PMs, and partners
  • Unlimited usage: no credits, no counter, no surprise invoices
  • Renewal increases capped at 5%, in writing

Working solo or as a duo? The self-serve Growth plan is built for you. Graduate to an agency licence when you hire your third recruiter.

What sets your price

Three inputs. No haggling, no case-by-case pricing: every firm your size pays the same.

  1. 01

    Team size

How many recruiters run outreach. Larger teams unlock lower per-seat pricing, on a curve that stays roughly 2x cheaper than LinkedIn at every size.

  2. 02

Sourcing alone, or with ATS & CRM

Add the ATS & CRM module to your seats and the bundle lands about 15% below buying the two separately.

  3. 03

    Contract length

12 months at list price. Commit to 24 or 36 months and the price steps down further.

The stack you'd replace

A typical 5-recruiter search firm pays for LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, and a CRM separately. Here's the same year with Nova.

Your stack today

5 recruiters, annual cost

LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), 5 seats quote-only, ~€5,500/seat/year
~€27,500
ATS: Bullhorn or Loxo, 5 seats ~€1,800/seat/year
~€9,000
CRM: HubSpot or similar, 5 seats ~€90/user/month

Total
~€41,900

More than a cheaper bill

The price difference gets us the meeting. The scope difference is why firms switch.

Build your business case

The 40–50% you save on the stack is only half the return. On top of it, manual sourcing takes about 1.5 hours for every 10 candidates you contact, and Nova's agents do the same work in minutes. This is what those hours are worth to your firm.

Sourcing manually takes ~1.5 hours per 10 candidates contacted. With Nova it takes ~1 hour per mandate plus 5 minutes per 10 candidates. Recruiter cost fully loaded at €27/hour.

Sourcing hours freed per year

Hours saved per mandate manual sourcing vs Nova, at your contact volume
Recruiter capacity unlocked hours × €27/h fully loaded cost
Fee capacity unlocked hours × €31/h (your fee ÷ sourcing days)
Total value per year

This return comes on top of the 40–50% you save on the software stack itself.

Pay for hiring, not for seats

Scaleups and corporates pay for what they use: credits. 1 credit = 1 candidate contacted. Seats are unlimited, so the whole company works in Nova, and hiring managers send their own outreach with reply rates recruiters alone can't match.

Usage-based, with volume pricing

Your quote is built on the credits you'll actually use in a year. The more credits you commit to, the lower your price per credit, unused credits roll over to the next year when you renew, and renewal increases are capped at 5%. No per-seat fees, ever.

The whole company on board

Unlimited seats for recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers. And when the outreach comes from the hiring manager instead of a recruiter, candidates reply even more.

Enterprise-grade from day one

SSO, security review, and a DPA included. GDPR compliant, aligned with the EU AI Act, ISO 27001 certification underway, plus dedicated customer success and onboarding.

Estimate your credits

Determine how many credits you need to get a price. Two sliders and you have the number your quote is built on.

Most teams contact somewhere between 50 and 300 candidates per role, depending on seniority and market. 1 credit = 1 candidate contacted or exported, regardless of message volume, and unused credits roll over to the next year when you renew.

Estimated credits per year

The more credits you commit to, the lower your price per credit. Your quote comes back within two business days.

For a comparable workflow, Nova Recruiter typically lands at about half the cost of LinkedIn Recruiter. The workflow itself is where the gap really opens.

Build your business case

Manual sourcing takes about 1.5 hours for every 10 candidates you contact. Nova's agents need about an hour per search. Two sliders show what that means for your hiring plan.

Sourcing manually takes ~1.5 hours per 10 candidates contacted. With Nova it takes ~1 hour per search plus 5 minutes per 10 candidates. Value per hour: €27 of fully loaded recruiter cost plus €41 of time-to-hire opportunity cost from vacancies staying open.

Recruiter time savings hours × €27/h fully loaded cost
Time-to-hire reduction hours × €41/h opportunity cost of open roles

Frequently asked questions

Plans & credits

What exactly is a credit?

1 credit = 1 candidate contacted through a campaign or exported, no matter how many messages, follow-ups, or channels you use with them. Searching, filtering, and building shortlists never consume credits. On enterprise plans, unused credits roll over to the next year when you renew.

Is usage really unlimited on agency plans?

Yes. There are no credits and no counter in the product, and we will never send you a surprise invoice. The licence covers each recruiter's normal professional use; if your volume grows a lot, the only conversation is at renewal.

Can we start self-serve and move to an agency or enterprise plan later?

Yes, and it's the most common path. Start on Growth, and when you hire your third recruiter or need the ATS & CRM module, your history, shortlists, and campaigns move with you to the new plan.

Integrations, security & billing

Do we need to integrate Nova Recruiter with our ATS?

No integration to set up: the agency plans include Nova's own ATS and CRM, built for search firms, and candidates you source and contact in Nova sync straight into the pipeline. Migration from your current ATS is free.

How do you handle data protection and compliance?

Nova Recruiter is GDPR compliant, aligned with the EU AI Act, and runs on EU-based infrastructure, with ISO 27001 certification underway. A DPA is available for every paid plan, and enterprise customers go through our standard security review with SSO support.

How does billing work on each model?

Self-serve plans bill monthly by card and you can cancel anytime. Agency and enterprise plans are annual contracts billed by invoice, with multi-year discounts available. Every renewal, agency and enterprise alike, is capped at a 5% increase, in writing.
